Here We Go Effectually Again was written by Mariah and Ben Margulies while Mariah was still in highschool in the 1980s. On September 12, 2020 Mariah announced that sixteen of her albums are available on vinyl. In a video promoting this release, a 45 seconds sound snippet of the song tin be heard.[seven]
